Vicky considers himself fortunate as his globetrotting gave him ample opportunities to meet, interact and learn from all those he idolizes. He has met with various Master Chef’s and culinary legends from across the world such as Todd English, Jean George, Joan Roca, Sergi Arola, Jordi Villa, Albert Ferran amongst others. The undisputed learning and experiences of working with those who are an authority on world cuisine has enriched his understanding of food at both; its most basic and complicated level.
