From World Food Exhibitions to Anuga in Germany; from FHA, Singapore, World Flavour Conference in Napa, California to Madrid Fusion in Spain, Vicky’s footprints are found across the globe.
My culinary trips or I call them Pilgrimages as it is an opportunity for me as a chef and a person to learn more , expand my creativity and pamper / train my palate and taste buds
Besides filming in the pristine locations in Canada , it was a brilliant opportunity to visit local farms to see how top quality fish, shellfish , vegetables are produced and chefs  have a bounty of produce to create magic. Right from Newfoundland to all the way across to Saskatchewan it was one of my most memorable trips

My new quest is to check out and discover the iconic markets of most cities in India. Trips to The Monda Market of Secunderabad , Crawford in mumbai and the fish markets of Fort Kochi have been outstanding experience to see the amazing seafood, spices and freshest of seafood & shellfish
